Intro to Me

Hey there! I'm Meredith Gerard. Here's a bit about me. I'm a freshman here at BYU. I was born in Seattle but raised in Northern California. I have a younger sister who is basically my twin and an adorable Pomeranian named Katie.

Senior year, I was captain of my high school Color Guard. (The people who spin and toss flags in front of marching bands) We mostly twirled flags but, occasionally we spun Sabers or Riffles. It was just as fantastic as it sounds and Is probably my favorite thing that I have ever done.

One of my favorite past times is watching movies and reading books. (Aka, I'm a bit of a nerd.) I love me some superheroes, Harry Potter, Lord of the Rings and Star Wars. Ex. Ex.

If I had to choose, one of my favorite movies is Pirates of The Caribbean. Jack Sparrow is my favorite person. I couldn't decide on a favorite book. For Tv shows, its a tie between Parks and Rec and Psych.

I am currently an English Major trying to figure out life. However, don't expect me to be a fantastic writer just yet. I have a long ways to go. 

Finally, though I'm a book nerd at heart, I also love animals, nature, and being outdoors. I hope to one day travel the world and see more of it.
